Our Vision
Everything we do at Just Transition Network is guided by the vision: a global energy system that ensures the planet and all people can thrive.
We use real data and facts to create guidelines for action and inform decision making. We create digital products, formulate technical reports, and offer advisory services that can be tailored to specific contexts.
We are a social business founded in 2015. We started as a community-based network and to date have worked with businesses, policy makers and civil society. In 2018, we expanded our business network with establishing a strategic specialist unit - Communicate ID, to provide overseas research and strategic advisory services for business, education, and social/community development.
Featured Work
A documentary film entitled "Energy Survival of the Marginalized Communities in Indonesia" to seek an understanding of what ‘environment’ means to contemporary people and to navigate whether environmental discourses are linked with food and health based on such a social consensus. This film is part of 2019 Toyota Foundation Grant Program.
